Set up in 1855 in Feurs (42), NIGAY began as a potato starch plant. In 1910, NIGAY began the production of glucose but stopped its activity in 1969.
In 1973, NIGAY purchased the company Mombron et Bon, manufacturer of aromatic caramels and caramel colours, together with its ancestral know-how.
Since then, our company has continually developed.
Henri and Yves NIGAY, who are now running the company, are the 5th generation at the head of the company.
