Sexual harassment : A series of hostile and sexually oriented acts, the repetition and intensity of which psychologically weakens the victim. It can be aimed at intimidating the victim, dominating her, or obtaining a sexual act.

Moral harassment : Abusive conduct which, through repeated or systematic gestures, words, behavior or attitudes, aims at or leads to the degradation of a person's living or working conditions.

Corruption : Offering, granting, receiving or soliciting, directly or indirectly, any property or advantage in order to improperly influence the actions of a third party (physical or legal person).

Human rights : Every human being has universal, inalienable rights.

Property rights : All the rules that govern property, whether public or private.

Other : Crime or misdemeanor, Threat or prejudice to the general interest, Violation or attempted concealment of a violation of an international commitment duly ratified or approved by France, of a unilateral act of an international organization taken on the basis of such a commitment, of European Union law, or of a law or regulation.
